Following our recent audit by UKAS we’re pleased to announce that our facility in Derbyshire is now 17025 accredited.
Since 1991 we have offered an unrivalled service for the calibration and repair of NDT equipment, our new accreditation will extend our scope to cover the ever changing and demanding requirements of the aerospace industry.
Our initial scope of approval includes MPI Bench units both at our facility and onsite, however procedures are in place to extend this to cover many more pieces of equipment covered under our ISO 9001 approval.

An international PLC specialising in the manufacture and supply of magnesium alloys have commissioned NDT MainCal to design and supply a 4.5m long ultrasonic immersion testing tank, the unit has been designed to integrate with the company’s existing ultrasonic flaw detection equipment, providing the facility to output defect position information. The project from design to commissioning will take 24 weeks
A major aerospace subcontract company have awarded NDT MainCal the contract to design and supply a complete fluorescent dye penetrant process line for processing aerospace components up to a weight of 100Kg. The project from design to commissioning will take 12 weeks.
