NDT Maincal’s Calibration and Repair laboratory is situated in Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire. Here our team of highly skilled engineers offer calibration, repair, and maintenance of NDT equipment.
The calibration work is completed in accordance with national and international standards or customer’s procedure. Equipment received for calibration is frequently turned around in one working day. If it’s really urgent we offer (by arrangement), a while you wait service.
Site repair and calibration can be arranged for equipment that is not portable.

CALIBRATION SERVICES
NDT MainCal was established in 1991 as a specialist calibration house for the NDT industry. The founders brought more than a hundred years of experience in the industry to the company.
- As NDT industry specialists, we offer free friendly advice on calibration procedures.
- Assist customers in meeting the requirements of accreditation bodies such as NADCAP.
- We aim to provide quality calibrations our quality system is ISO 9001 compliant.
- On site calibrations of MPI, dye penetrant, X-ray tube focal spot measurement and other fixed equipment is a speciality.
- ‘While you wait’ calibrations are available by prior arrangement.
